Information we collect
Our Corporate Events and cake-cutting enquiry forms collect your name, company, email, phone, event type where applicable, number of guests, preferred date and message. The Group Dining form also collects your country, approximate arrival time, menu preference and optional group-level requirements. Required fields are marked; we need them to evaluate and answer your request. Our Contact and Graduations pages offer telephone and email links rather than a separate form. Please do not send us identifiable medical information or other sensitive personal data that is not needed.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to check availability, prepare a proposal and respond to your enquiry. This processing takes place at your request, before any booking is agreed (pre-contractual steps, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Optional analytics and advertising run only with your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can give or withdraw through Cookie Settings. We do not add you to marketing lists.
Recipients and service providers
This website is hosted by Lovable, and form submissions are processed through Lovable Cloud. Enquiries are delivered by email through Resend to the restaurant’s internal enquiry mailbox, hosted by Google (Gmail); that internal address is not a public contact. With your consent, we use Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Tag Manager for measurement and conversion reporting. Embedded Google Maps connect to Google only after you accept them. Website fonts are served locally, without a connection to Google Fonts.
Storage and retention
Enquiries are not stored in a website database; they are delivered and kept as email correspondence. Enquiry correspondence that does not lead to a confirmed booking is kept for 12 months after the last relevant communication and then deleted. Documents relating to confirmed bookings, financial transactions or legal obligations may be kept for longer where the law requires.
International transfers and security
Some of the providers named above are established outside the European Economic Area or may process data there. Where this happens, the transfer takes place under the provider’s own data-protection terms and the safeguards required by applicable law. Our forms use HTTPS, email credentials remain on the server, and group enquiries are validated and protected against duplicate submissions. No security method can be an absolute guarantee.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and you may object to relevant processing.
